PSW has launched the Women's Helpline: Metro 1 News
Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has launched the Women's Helpline (021-111-111-779) to provide guidance and customer support to women traders and industrialists in relation to the PSW system and its related components for import, export, and trade regulation. The dedicated helpline will provide women entrepreneurs with quick access to the PSW Trader Support Center and help them get information about the laws, procedures, and requirements related to cross-border trade, the PSW system, and its various modules will guide on how to navigate, report technical errors, and help resolve commercial issues.

A Peer Learning Initiative on Single Windows Implementation and Management is organized by the International Trade Centre and hosted by the Pakistan Single Window. The event brings together public and private sector customs and trade experts from CAS to share their knowledge, experiences, and regional best practices for the development and implementation of the national single window.
Pakistan Single Window organized a media dialogue: FM 100
Pakistan Single Window (PSW) organized a media dialogue on “Developing an Enabling Media Network Towards International Trade Facilitation”. The dialogue provided the opportunity for media representatives to share their experiences on cross-border trade-related reporting and how collaboration between PSW and the media could highlight and project Pakistan’s positive contribution to the digitization of the international supply chain.
