Under this new system, all logistics processes will now be handled online through the Port Community System (PCS). The manual method of processing delivery orders will be completely eliminated starting from April 21, 2026. Traders, customs agents, and shipping agents are instructed to exclusively use the PCS platform for all delivery order processing.

PSW has successfully completed the pilot phase of the new Delivery Order system at the Qasim International Container Terminal (QICT) and has implemented a fully digital process through the Port Community System (PCS)- PortVerse. Under this initiative, all delivery order processing will now be conducted online via PCS, while the manual system will be discontinued from April 21, 2026.
