Through this system, users can effortlessly rate their satisfaction levels after their inquiries are resolved. The process is simple:

  1. After a support ticket is closed, customers receive an email with a feedback link.
  2. They select a rating that best reflects their experience from the available options.
  3. Clicking “Submit” instantly shares their feedback with PSW.

This streamlined and transparent approach ensures that users have a voice in shaping PSW’s service standards. By leveraging direct customer insights, PSW continues to optimize its support framework, identify areas for improvement, and uphold the highest standards of efficiency and responsiveness in trade facilitation.
