Mr. Muhammad Moin Ul Arfeen is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan with more than 25 years of diversified experience in various industries handling Corporate Affairs and Financial Management.

He is currently working as the Company Secretary and is actively involved in liaising with the Board of Directors, Management, Members, Legal advisers and Auditors for effectively managing the affairs of the Company.

He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
