Women Entrepreneurship & Academic Integration Programs
Through the Khadijah Women Entrepreneurship Program, PSW partners with academic institutions to strengthen women’s entrepreneurial skills, promote digital literacy, and expand access to cross-border trade through practical learning, industry expertise, and mentorship.

Under its Corporate Social Responsibility framework, PSW launched the NextTech Internship Program in collaboration with the NUST Professional Development Centre (PDC).

In a recent podcast hosted by the IBA Centre for Business and Economic Research (CBER), Aftab Haider, CEO of PSW, discussed the transformative impact of PSW’s digital platform on Pakistan’s cross-border trade processes. While acknowledging ongoing challenges, including residual paper-based requirements in parts of the banking sector, Mr. Haider emphasized that the system has already delivered measurable improvements for traders.
He also encouraged young entrepreneurs to leverage PSW’s digital resources and institutional partnerships to explore international trade opportunities and contribute to Pakistan’s economic growth.
