Overview
The Ministry of Interior module on PSW enables the digital processing of import permits for commodities regulated under the Import Policy Order (IPO), including security-sensitive and controlled items such as 3D printers, armored vehicles, bullet-proof jackets, and their related raw materials. Through integration with the PSW platform, traders can submit permit requests electronically while filing a Single Declaration (SD), eliminating the need for separate manual processes. The module facilitates seamless coordination between traders, Pakistan Customs, and the Ministry of Interior by automating the routing, processing, and approval of permit applications. By digitizing regulatory workflows and enabling secure information exchange, the system enhances transparency, strengthens compliance, and supports more efficient cross-border trade operations.
