Overview
The Ministry of Narcotics Control (MNC) module on Pakistan Single Window (PSW) enables traders and customs agents to digitally apply for and manage regulatory approvals required for the import of controlled substances and products regulated by the Ministry of Narcotics Control. Through PSW, users can complete Item & Quota Registration, apply for Import Permits, request amendments, and obtain approvals through a single online platform. The system automates the entire process, eliminating manual paperwork and physical visits to MNC offices while ensuring transparent communication and real-time application tracking.

Step-By-Step Process to Create an Import Permit

Please visit ‘’www.psw.gov.pk” and click on the ‘Login’ button.

After clicking on the login button, you will be redirected to the login interface. Here, you will be required to enter your login credentials.

After logging into PSW portal click on the ‘LPCO’ button on the dashboard.

Click on the “Create Import Permit” button.

You will be required to fill in “Consignment Information” and press “Save and Proceed”.

Here you will add “Commodity Information” and press “Save and Proceed” button.

Under the ‘Document Information’ tab, Upload the relevant documents and press “Save & Proceed” button.

Click on the ‘Yes’ button to submit your Import Permit request.

Your request for Import Permit has been submitted. Press ‘OK’ to proceed further.

Your request has been assigned to the relevant MNC officer for further processing.

Your request has been ‘Approved’, click on the Print icon to download the ‘Import Permit’.
