Please visit ‘’www.psw.gov.pk” and click on the ‘Login’ option. Here, you will be required to enter your login credentials.

Navigate to Profile Management and select Renew Subscription. Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address and mobile number for validation.

Once the OTP is validated, a PSID will be generated for the Rs. 500 renewal fee. Pay through an alternate delivery channel or at a bank branch using the PSID. Once payment is confirmed, click Proceed.

Click Sync Profile to fetch your information from FBR, then click Update. Amend your CNIC, network provider, mobile number, or city if required. If no changes are needed, click Proceed, then Confirm.

Select PMD Verification and click Submit. After successful verification, enter the OTP sent to your registered email address and mobile number, then click Validate.

Follow the instructions in the email to complete biometric verification.

Once biometric verification is successful, click Conclude, then Done to complete your PSW subscription renewal.

Under SRO 2296(1)/2022 dated December 15, 2022, PSW User Subscription is valid for two years. PSW Users must proceed with PSW renewal subscription request every two years
You will request for renewal of your subscription by following few steps:
- Login to PSW portal through your user credentials.
- Click ‘Profile Management’ TAB from user dashboard.
- Click ‘Renew Subscription’.
- Make the renewal subscription fee payment using system generated ‘PSID’.
- Follow some steps for verification & updation (FBR profile, OTP, PMD).
- Visit NADRA outlet for ‘Biometric Verification’.
- Upon successful payment & verifications your subscription will be renewed.

PSW system will prompt you a one month prior to renewal is due. You can proceed with your subscription renewal by then.
Yes, subscription renewal fee is 500.
Upon requesting of renewal, system will generate PSID amount Rs. 500 and you will have ten days’ time to make the payment.
You can use any alternate banking channel (online/ branch counter) for PSW subscription renewal fee payment.
